Size and Materials Guide
This guide is designed to help you choose the right size and material for your space, your aesthetic, and how you want the image to feel on the wall. If you’re ever unsure, bigger is usually better, and when in doubt, paper is the most versatile starting point.
Choosing the Right Size
Print size dramatically affects impact. A small print reads as intimate; a large print reads as immersive.
General guidance:
- Small walls / shelves / tight spaces: 8×10, 11×14, 12×18
- Medium walls (above desks, dressers, sofas): 16×20, 18×24, 20×30
- Large walls / statement pieces: 24×36 and up
If you’re deciding between two sizes, the larger option almost always feels more intentional once it’s on the wall.
Aspect ratios are determined by the original photograph, so not all sizes are available for every image.
