Shipping and Returns

This page outlines how orders are produced, shipped, and handled if something goes wrong.


Production & Processing Time

All products are made to order through professional print labs. Production time begins once your order is placed.

Standard Paper Prints

Paper prints are produced and shipped by a third‑party fulfillment partner.

  • Typical production time: ~2–5 business days
  • Once production is complete, the order ships via standard ground service

    These are the fastest items in the shop and are usually on the move within a few days.

Premium Products (Metal, Acrylic, Framed)

Premium products are custom made through a professional fine art lab and require additional production time.

  • Typical production time: ~1–2 weeks
  • Each piece is made to order and inspected before shipment

    I make every effort to submit premium orders for production the same day they’re received. On rare occasions (for example, brief periods when I’m offline), submission may be delayed slightly. If that happens, I’ll follow up by email with an update.

    Production times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary slightly based on size, material, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once an item ships, transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

  • Standard shipping (U.S.): typically several business days after production
  • Orders containing multiple items or materials may ship in separate packages

    At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping option(s) for your order. For premium items, shipping is currently offered at a flat rate within the United States.

    International shipping: Not enabled at checkout at this time. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please reach out before purchasing and I’ll be happy to look into options.

Returns, Damage & Order Issues

Because all products are custom made to order, returns work a little differently than mass‑produced goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear production issue:

  • Keep the item and all original packaging
  • Email me with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging

    I’ll work directly with the print lab to resolve the issue, which typically means a replacement at no additional cost or, if necessary, a refund. You do not need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.

All Other Sales

For all other reasons - including changes of mind, size selection issues, or personal preference - all sales are final once production has begun.

Slight differences

Each piece is produced using archival materials by professional labs, but slight variations in color, texture, or finish can occur due to the nature of printing and different display environments. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
