Ordering & Prints
The image you see is the image that will be printed, but there may be slight differences depending on the final size and material. Aspect ratios can vary by size, which may result in minor cropping, and colors may appear slightly different in print due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.
Not always. Available sizes depend on the original image’s aspect ratio and resolution. Each product page shows the sizes that work best for that specific image. For more guidance, see the Size & Materials Guide.
Sometimes, yes. If you have a specific size or crop in mind that isn’t listed, feel free to reach out before ordering. I’m happy to let you know what’s possible for a given image.
Framing is available as a premium option for many images and sizes. Framed prints are produced through a professional fine art lab using archival materials. Availability is shown on the product page.
Possibly. Some images aren’t listed publicly but may still be available as prints. If you’ve seen a photo elsewhere (for example, on social media or in my blog) and are interested in purchasing it, feel free to get in touch.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on the product type. Paper prints typically ship within a few business days, while premium products like metal, acrylic, and framed prints take longer to produce. Full details and typical timelines are outlined on the Shipping & Returns page.
It might. If your order includes different product types or materials, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
International shipping isn’t enabled at checkout at this time. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please reach out before purchasing and I’ll do my best to explore options.
Returns & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or with a clear production issue, please contact me with your order number and photos of the issue and packaging. I’ll work directly with the print lab to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Because all prints are custom made to order, returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or size selection aren’t accepted once production has begun. If you’re unsure about sizing or materials, I recommend reviewing the Size & Materials Guide or reaching out before ordering.
About the Photography
When appropriate, specific locations are listed on the image detail page. In some cases, I may include only a general area or region - especially for sensitive or fragile locations. If you’re curious about a particular image, feel free to ask.
Often, yes. Some images include background or context on their detail pages, and I occasionally share longer stories on the blog. You’re also welcome to reach out if you’re curious about a specific photograph.
